At carnival time in Grenada, people often cook and eat Grenada's national dish; Oil Down. Here are some photos of us making our Oil Down.

In Grenada, Oil Down is normally cooked in a large pot outdoors.
Our Oil Down had to cook for about an hour before it was ready to eat.
